Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Summary

• Full‑time position serving Medicare patient populations

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Conduct patient visits, including 20‑minute regular appointments and 40‑minute diagnostic/new patient intakes
• Manage patient panels of 13‑16 appointments per day in a structured, value‑based model
• Collaborate with care team members, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
• Utilize EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) for documentation and care coordination
• Access on‑site laboratory services and specialist consultations via RubiconMD
• Participate in community‑based wellness and engagement programs
• Focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and outcome‑driven care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
• No current residents; experienced physicians preferred
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred but not required
