Our value-based health model is designed to reward positive patient outcomes and provide a robust support system for our Primary Care Physicians. With access to leading-edge EMR systems and on-site diagnostic resources, you will be empowered to deliver effective, efficient, and patient-centered primary care services. As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will care for a manageable patient panel, typically seeing 13-16 patients per day, allowing for extended appointment times that promote thorough assessments and meaningful patient interactions. The practice’s integrated care model supports coordinated patient transportation within a local radius and offers community-based programming to enhance patient engagement and wellness outside of the exam room.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in a physician partnership track, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and benefit from a competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses. The benefits package includes an attractive PTO policy, comprehensive insurance options, retirement plans, and continuing education support.
