As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a pivotal role in our innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers, focusing on preventive medicine and patient-centered outcomes. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to be part of a collaborative care environment, supported by a multidisciplinary team, and to make a significant impact on patients’ health and wellness journeys.

Our healthcare model emphasizes quality over quantity, enabling Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to spend more time with each patient and provide comprehensive care tailored to individual needs. With robust support from care teams—including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers—our physicians experience a streamlined workflow that allows them to focus on clinical decision-making and patient engagement. In addition, state-of-the-art clinic resources such as onsite labs and access to specialty consults ensure you can practice medicine at the highest standard.

As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO), you will see an average of 13–16 patients per day, with appointment times structured for thorough and meaningful visits. The team-based approach supports a healthy work-life balance, and the value-based model rewards you for achieving positive patient outcomes, minimizing hospital admissions, and contributing to a memorable patient experience. The community-focused clinic also offers unique resources such as transportation assistance for patients, a community room for wellness activities, and a collaborative practice environment with other physicians and nurse practitioners.

Working in this role provides the opportunity to become a partner in the physician track, benefit from an exceptional compensation package, and enjoy a supportive workplace culture dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth. The organization is committed to providing high-quality care to the local community and values the contributions of every team member.

If you are passionate about primary care, value-based medicine, and improving patient lives.
