Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License and DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients at local clinics.
• Direct and administer primary care with a care team.
• Prescribe treatments and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain EHR data in Canopy/Greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals.
• Coordinate with center care team and practice managers.
