Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligible to obtain) and valid DEA number.
• EMR proficiency; AthenaOne experience a plus.
• Commitment to value-based, patient-centered, outcomes-driven care.
