Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to Lake Placid patients with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services as needed.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain thorough documentation and patient-centered communication.
