Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation (RIPCPC) is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient medical group. You will care for a diverse patient population across the full spectrum of primary care services with strong clinical and operational support.

You'll work in a 100% outpatient setting, seeing 16–20 patients per day, in a collaborative, technology-enabled environment focused on value-based care and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification is required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Rhode Island.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Rhode Island CSR registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, value-based primary care.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaboration skills.
• Interest in quality improvement and population health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care aligned with value-based care.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Practice in collaboration with supervising physicians per RI regulations, including consults and referrals.
• Manage an assigned patient panel including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Perform in-office procedures based on experience and scope of practice (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel.
