RI Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led, outpatient-focused practice dedicated to high-quality, value-based care for a diverse patient population. You will work with a collaborative team and leverage modern care models and technology to support patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Rhode Island medical license or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Incorporate in-office procedures based on experience and interest (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available).
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment.

RIPC Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting. Who you are

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school (required)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
• Hold an active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one (required)
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment
• Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred)

Salary range

$220,000 - $250,000 USD
