Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation (RIPCPC) is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care. You will work with a collaborative team, with strong clinical and operational support, enabling you to focus on patient care.

In this fully outpatient role, you’ll see 16–20 patients daily, perform in-office procedures as appropriate, and participate in care coordination, quality improvement, and EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certified by the NCCPA.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Rhode Island.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Rhode Island CSR or eligibility to obtain.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, value-based primary care.
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See approximately 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Practice in collaboration with supervising physicians in accordance with Rhode Island regulations, including consultation and referral as appropriate.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Perform in-office procedures based on experience and scope of practice (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available).
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment.
