Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Parsons, KS, seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to provide Primary Care services to Veterans within the PACT framework.

The provider may work in outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and the emergency department as needed, collaborating with residents, mid-levels, and external providers. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory
• Care provider for Veterans in Primary Care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Care services to Veterans at the Robert J Dole VAMC Parsons KS
• Coordinate care with residents, and other clinicians within the service line and external providers
• Evaluate patients and document progress notes in the chart
• Work schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
• Participate in education programs and committees as needed
