Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain Physician Assistant certification.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive history and physical examinations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care within a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
• Perform medical record reviews, clinical interviews, assessments, and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including diagnostic testing and medication management.
• Refer to specialty care when appropriate and document activities per policy.
• Collaborate with supervisory physicians and ensure compliance with VA regulations.
