Comprehensive history and physical examinations for Veterans.
Must maintain PA certification and annual reviews.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate multiple software and mainframe systems.
Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Perform medical record reviews and clinical interviews.
Conduct comprehensive history and physicals and develop treatment plans.
Medication management and appropriate referrals to specialty care.
Collaborate with a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) in outpatient clinic.
Maintain compliance with VHA policies and professional standards.
