Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Richmond, VA for outpatient practice. The role offers a compensation range of $225k-$285k per year, with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8–10 patients per day, and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Virginia medical license.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Primary Care Physician

Compensation: $225k-$285k per year

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, on call rotation.

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long‑term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
