Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, physician-led concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC. This outpatient role focuses on relationship-based care with a balanced schedule and limited call.

Expect to see 8–10 patients per day, work with a dedicated support team, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary network to coordinate preventive care and wellness programs. Compensation starts at $200K and can rise to $350K with a full patient panel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8–10 patients per day

• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts

Job Type:

Monday–Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year
