True North Consultants, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Primary Care Physician to join its physician-led concierge group. Outpatient, Monday–Friday, limited call, with 200 patient-facing days per year.

The role offers a starting compensation of $200K per year, increasing to $350K with a full patient panel, plus a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Interest in preventative health and patient wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in outpatient settings.
• See 8–10 patients per day with a dedicated support team.
• Oversee care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Share equal call responsibility among physicians.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation of visits and care plans.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and education.

Job Type: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8-10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
