Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led concierge group in Richmond, VA. This outpatient role features a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call rotation, and a compensation range of $225k–$285k per year.

Responsibilities include delivering relationship-based primary care, seeing 8–10 patients daily, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and fostering long-term wellness and preventive care. A VA license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience required.
• A compassionate, relationship‑driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.
