Markent Personnel is recruiting a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC. This outpatient role emphasizes relationship-based care with a focus on prevention and wellness.

The position offers a generous compensation package starting at $200K per year, increasing to $350K with a full patient panel, with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with focus on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8–10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.

Primary Care Physician

Compensation:

Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel

Job Type:

Monday–Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting


• See 8–10 patients per day


• Oversee care with a dedicated support team


• Share equal call responsibility


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts


• Ensure accurate documentation


• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
