Job summary

Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join the Lake Wilderness clinic as a full-time Primary Care Physician.

You will work 4/10-hour shifts per week, with no weekends, a robust call group with RN assistance, and on-site phlebotomy, serving about 20 patients per day in a diverse, team-based setting.

The compensation includes a base salary range of $280,000–$325,000 plus productivity incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Ability to obtain WA medical license and DEA with prescriptive authority.
• 4/10-hour shifts per week, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered primary care in a team-based Lake Wilderness clinic.
• Participate in on-site phlebotomy and collaborate with APPs, RNs and MAs.
• Maintain licensure and DEA with prescriptive authority to ensure full practice authority.

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting for full-time Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding Lake Wilderness clinic (expnsion planned for August 2027). Our approach to patient-centered care is team based and we serve a diverse group of patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Clinics Overview:

Schedule: 4/10-hour shifts per week, no weekends

Call: Robust call group with RN assistance

Patient per day: ~20 average

Robust team of Physicians, APPs, RNs and MAs

Phlebotomy: on site

Qualifications:

BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Base Salary Range - $280,000 - $325,000

Compensation Package includes productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
