Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA is seeking a full-time Urologist (MD/DO) to join a collaborative team. The role includes responsibilities across Renton and Covington clinics with one day per week in the OR.

The position offers a 5-day schedule to start, with potential transition to 4x10s, and a typical patient load of 17–22 per day. Licensed by WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority required.

Urologist MD/DO | Full-Time, 1.0 FTE | Location: Renton, WA

We are currently hiring for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Urologist with a desire to build a practice working in a collaborative, collegial, work environment. We have a team-based model approach to patient-centered care. Our team currently consists of 3 Urologists, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Physician Assistant and you will have a designated Medical Assistant. You'll split time between our Renton and Covington clinics and spend one day per week in the OR.

About the position:

Clinic Hours: 7a- 5p

General Schedule: 5 day week to start and can transition to 4 10's; typically one weekday in OR

Call: Typically one weekday per week and 7 weekends per year.

Average # of patients/day: 17-22

OR block: weekly assigned block time and can secure urgent time outside block if needed

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Urology
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Open to new graduates

Compensation Range - $400,000 - $450,000 dependent upon specialty.

Amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
