Primary Care Physician – Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

South King County, WA

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting full‑time (1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physicians (Kent Station and Fairwood) to join an established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient‑centered care is team‑based and we serve a diverse group of patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Located in Renton, Washington, Valley Medical Center is the largest not‑for‑profit healthcare provider between Seattle and Tacoma, serving more than 600,000 residents.

Clinics Overview

• Schedule – M‑F; no weekends
• Call – Robust call group with RN assistance
• Patient per day – ~20 average
• Providers – 5 Physicians and 2 APPs
• Phlebotomy – on site

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $270,000 – $325,000.

Compensation Package includes productivity, quality incentives, and extra shift incentives as applicable.
