Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Lakeland, FL is seeking a physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, diagnosing medical conditions, and working with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
• Must be screened for TB.

You will work on-site at our Lakeland, FL clinic. You will report to the associate medical director.

Main Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• You will be required to participate in on‑call coverage by phone.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or willing to obtain one.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or board‑eligible).
• DEA license or willingness to obtain one.
• One year or more experience working in value‑based health care.
• Must be screened for TB.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish.

Scheduled Weekly Hours

40 hours per week

Pay Range

$255,000 - $298,500 per year. The compensation range may vary based on location and individual skills, qualifications, and experience.
