Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a physician to deliver primary care to seniors in an on-site outpatient setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in Athena EMR, and participate in a limited on-call rotation while maintaining a patient-centered clinical focus.

The role requires MD/DO with board eligibility/certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine, a current license, and strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university.
• Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice.
• Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients.

As a Primary Care Physician at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you'll be part of a collaborative team. This team includes APP's, Pharmacists, Care Coaches, Behavioral Health Specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care. Reporting to our Associate Medical Director, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting and empowering clinicians to do what they love. Your Role & Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted DEA license
• Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number
• 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients
• Knowledge of Medicare standards
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
