You will join a 10-provider team delivering comprehensive primary care to a mixed-age patient panel, with cross-coverage at the Kernersville clinic when needed. Monday–Friday schedule, limited on-call rotation.

About Our Practice:

We are a premier, rapidly growing mid-sized family practice operating a thriving multi-provider clinic in the Greensboro, North Carolina area (Guilford County). Our team of 10 dedicated providers—including both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers—delivers exceptional outpatient care to an established, mixed-age patient panel. Operating in a collaborative, modern environment with a patient base utilizing predominantly private insurance, we focus on comprehensive clinical excellence. As our regional presence expands, we are seeking a dedicated physician to join our growing clinical family.

Job Summary:

• Position Title: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO).
• Location: Greensboro, NC area (with the ability to occasionally cross-cover our sister primary care clinic in Kernersville, NC).
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Outpatient Only.
• Experience Level: Both experienced physicians and new graduates are highly welcome to apply.
• Compensation: $240,000-$280,000 base salary (depending on experience).
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 relocation package available for the right candidate.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• On-Call Rotation: Shared, low-stress rotation occurring only once every 12 weeks.
• Weekend Coverage: The on-call rotation week includes a brief Saturday shift from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Outpatient Continuity of Care: Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care services to a diverse, mixed-age panel of adult and family patients.
• Preventative & Acute Medicine: Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, execute preventative wellness screenings, and handle daily acute patient needs.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside a 10-provider team to streamline clinic workflows and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Cross-Clinic Coverage: Maintain flexibility to provide seamless cross-coverage support at our nearby Kernersville primary care location when operationally necessary.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Education & Licensing: Must be a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Candidates currently living in North Carolina are preferred, but we will fully assist out-of-state candidates with obtaining their NC medical license.
• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Non-BC candidates are heavily considered but will be expected to obtain certification within 1 to 2 years of hire.
