Samuel Contract Staffing is assisting a premier outpatient primary care clinic in North Carolina in hiring two Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians (MD/DO). Positions are full-time, outpatient only, with core hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a low-stress on-call rotation once every 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO and licensed or eligible for NC license.

• Manage a relaxed workload with ~8 patients per day.
• Diagnose and treat chronic illnesses, perform routine wellness exams, and handle acute outpatient issues.

We are a premier, rapidly growing outpatient primary care clinic in North Carolina with an established, mixed-age patient panel. Our large, multidisciplinary team of 12 dedicated providers—including both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers—delivers top-tier clinical care in a collaborative environment.

Serving a patient base with predominantly private insurance, our practice balances clinical excellence with a uniquely manageable workflow. We are currently expanding our medical team and seeking two dedicated physicians who share our commitment to patient-centered, high-quality family medicine.

Job Summary:

• Position Title: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD / DO).
• Location: North Carolina (Confidential Location).
• Openings: 2 Available Positions.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Outpatient Only.
• Experience Level: Both experienced physicians and new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Patient Volume: An exceptionally comfortable pace of approximately 8 patients per day.
• Compensation: $240,000 – $280,000 base salary (depending on experience).
• Relocation Assistance: Comprehensive relocation package available for the right candidate.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:

• Core Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• On-Call Rotation: Shared, low-stress rotation occurring only once every 12 weeks.
• Weekend Coverage: The on-call rotation week includes a brief Saturday shift from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Patient-Centered Outpatient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse, mixed-age panel of families and individual patients.
• Manageable Workload: Focus deeply on patient care, safety, and thoroughness with a relaxed daily volume of roughly 8 patients per day.
• Chronic & Acute Management: Diagnose and treat chronic illness, perform routine wellness physicals, and handle acute outpatient issues.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care seamlessly within our 12-provider network to maintain a highly efficient, supportive clinic environment.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• Education & Licensing: Must be a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Full assistance is provided for out-of-state candidates looking to obtain their North Carolina medical license.
• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Family Medicine (highly preferred) or Internal Medicine. Candidates who are not yet Board Certified are welcome to apply but will be expected to achieve certification within 1 to 2 years of hire.
