Conviva Senior Primary Care in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a primary care physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care for adults and seniors. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and maintain detailed medical records while managing a range of chronic conditions.

You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Pembroke Pines, FL and report to the associate medical director.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
