Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Orlando, FL is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our on-site clinic. You will report to the Associate Medical Director and care for seniors with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a 40-hour workweek, and a competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance if eligible.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine.
• Valid Florida medical license or eligible to obtain one.
• Current, unrestricted DEA license.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and senior care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to senior patients in a clinic setting.
• Attend to about 15 patients per day with longer 45-minute appointments.
• Report to Associate Medical Director and work onsite in Orlando, FL.
• Participate in risk adjustment and care coordination across teams.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical director. You will be onsite at the Orlando, FL clinic.

A day in the life of a CenterWell physician

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• See an average of 15 patients per day
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
• You will be on-site

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain one)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license
• Screened for TB
• Minimum of two+ years of experience in senior value base care
• 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
• Associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government. and lifestyle amenities

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
