Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in or experience with value-based care (VBC) is helpful but not required.
