Job summary

SynBio is seeking an entry-level or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep in Florida to drive brand awareness, business development, and client acquisition. The role involves lead generation, managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, and potential bonuses based on performance.

You will become a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your clients, help with healthcare contracts, and contribute to training and staff oversight as needed. Monday–Friday schedule with substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and retaining them long-term.
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
• Help clients with medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client-supplier relationships.
• Manage time effectively in a multi-faceted role.
