Job summary

SynBio seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care for entry level and/or specialty roles. You will drive brand awareness, develop business, and manage client relationships, with opportunities for bonuses and long-term growth.

The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting healthcare contracts and practice management needs. Training and staff oversight may be part of the progression path, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and retaining them for the long-term.
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base.
• Helping clients make informed decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare costs.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Managing time effectively to excel in a multi-faceted role.
