Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Board certification by NCCPA or eligibility
• Massachusetts APC license active/unrestricted
• Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration active or able to obtain post-hire
• DEA licensure/prescriptive authority active or able to obtain post-hire
• Maintains BLS certification
