Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Physician Assistant for our Health Center in Austin, MN. You will provide accessible, comprehensive primary care to Hormel Foods employees and dependents in a privately managed center.

The role requires state licenses, NCCPA certification, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventive and acute care, with a rotating bi-weekly schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA national certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments including medications.
• Refers patients to specialists when needed.
