Job summary

Premise Health is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant for our Health Center in Pampa, TX. In this project-based role (approx. 3–5 years), you will conduct exams, manage occupational health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventive and acute care.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA national certification required.
• State license to practice in Texas.
• DEA license (as applicable).
• ARC-PA accredited program graduate.
• At least three years of clinical PA experience in ambulatory, occupational health, or emergency setting.
• BLS/ACLS certification required or per contract scope.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, CDC standards.
• Provide evidence-based care to injured workers.
• Perform injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop care plans and document progress.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
