Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join an onsite employee health center in Austin, Minnesota. This contract or contract-to-permanent role replaces a retiring APP, offering long-term potential.

Responsibilities include preventive and acute care, well-woman/child visits, immunizations, labs, care coordination, and patient education within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with active Minnesota licensure and credentials.
• Experience delivering care to broad populations including pediatric and adult patients.
• Primary Care experience strongly preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to independently manage routine primary care and acute-care visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual physicals and preventive health examinations.
• Provide acute and same-day care for illnesses and minor injuries.
• Conduct well-woman examinations and well-child visits.
• Administer and manage immunizations.
• Order, perform, and interpret lab tests and POCT.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive care plans.
• Coordinate care with internal resources and outside providers.
• Document encounters in the EMR accurately.
