• Provides patient care including history, physical assessment, and treatment planning.
• Orders tests, interprets results, and documents medical records accurately.
• Communicates with patients, families, and inter-disciplinary team; coordinates plan of care.
• Prepares prescription orders in accordance with supervising physician.
• Participates in quality improvement and compliance with HIPAA and policies.
• Assists with weekends and on-call coverage as required.
