Job summary

Gifford Health Care in Vermont seeks a results-driven Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care departments at the Bethel and Rochester Health Centers. You will drive staffing, budgeting, scheduling, patient access, and care coordination while ensuring safe delivery of care.

You will also support the team through direct patient care coordination and operational activities as needed, resolving patient concerns and continuously improving clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Active National CMA or LPN/RN licensure in Vermont is required/licensed.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field preferred; BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Primary Care departments at Bethel and Rochester Health Centers.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and clinic operations; manage patient access and scheduling.
• Coordinate care and resolve patient concerns; ensure safe delivery of care.
