Job summary

Mercy Downtown Rogers is hiring a Primary Care Patient Care RN or LPN to work with clinicians in a patient-centered primary care setting. You will collaborate with patients, providers, and the care team to drive quality outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN or LPN licensure, 6 months of healthcare experience, and BLS certification. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in downtown Rogers, AR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN or LPN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• 6 months clinical healthcare experience preferred in a primary care setting.
• Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, frequent bending/reaching.
• BLS certification through AHA or within 30 days of hire.
