Job Overview

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at the outpatient practice in Butler Creek. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

1. Provide medical services to individuals, families, and groups.
2. Focus on health promotion, as well as acute and chronic disease management.
3. Assist physicians in providing medical services to patients.
4. Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and order laboratory studies and consultations.
5. Work collaboratively with multiple IM providers within the patient panel.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, with a Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program and national certification. Alternatively, candidates licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as an NP by the State of Georgia with national certification are also eligible.
