Atlantic Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join Atlantic Health Primary Care at South Orange in South Orange, NJ. This busy, patient-centered practice offers a collaborative team environment and opportunities to provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform physical exams, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests.

Qualified candidates will have NJ NP licensure, ACLS/BLS, and graduation from an accredited NP program; new graduates welcome.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active License in the State of New Jersey.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and prescribe medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and build/manage a patient panel.
• See walk-in patients as needed and work within a collaborative care team.
