Job summary

Mercy Clinic Pea Ridge is seeking a dedicated Primary Care LPN to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical team.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, you will partner with patients and providers to drive quality outcomes, uphold Mercy Service Standards, and support a compassionate care environment. Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, located in Pea Ridge, AR.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
• Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift, position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.

• Partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.
• Deliver safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way.
