Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs physical exams across age groups.
• Obtains and documents medical history; identifies risk factors.
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests (labs, X-ray, EKG).
• Provides well child care; women's health and family planning.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team for optimal patient care.
• Provides patient education, counseling and referrals as appropriate.
• Engages in quality improvement activities and follows safety guidelines.
