Job summary

MASC Medical is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work across Idaho in a mobile, autonomous role visiting patients at various locations. The position emphasizes empathetic patient care with focus on health equity and care coordination.

Compensation is above market for experienced professionals, with salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including 3 weeks PTO and a 401K, plus Medical, Dental and Vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Unencumbered Idaho NP licensure.
• NP must function in accordance with Idaho law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in their area of specialty through assessment and evaluation.
• Diagnose, recognize and prevent adverse events; plan and implement care.
• Performs clinician, teacher, leadership and professional development duties.
• Provide leadership at the practice location.
• Treat less urgent acute conditions and manage chronic conditions; provide care coordination.

Job description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to work throughout the Idaho area and you will be working autonomously. We are looking for empathetic providers that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health. This is a mobile role that involves visiting patients at various locations, with up to 50% of the time spent working remotely from home.

The focus of assistance is in enhancing the quality of patient management, maximizing patient satisfaction, promoting cost-effectiveness, and increasing the efficacy of addressing healthcare disparities. We specialize in engaging and caring for medically complex patients. We are looking for empathetic professionals that are enthusiastic about this population with a focus of care from that person’s perspective.

Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals

Salary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience

• 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) paid time away and 401K

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation;
• diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and implementation.
• Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
• Provides leadership in the practice location.
• Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.

Qualifications
