Responsibilities

• Performs physical exams for patients from neonate to geriatric.
• Obtains and documents medical history; identifies risk factors.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
• Promotes safety and quality; participates in quality improvement activities.
• Orders and interprets tests; provides education and counseling.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team to plan care.
• Provides follow-up care and adjusts treatment as needed.
• 1st Assist in the operating room (if applicable).
