Position

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our Rural Health Clinic and provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services to a close-knit community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventative care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management.
• Perform patient assessments, physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Manage a diverse patient population across age groups and clinical presentations.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations and clinic protocols.
• Perform minor procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation.
• Provide patient and family education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Meet productivity, documentation, and time management expectations appropriate for a rural health setting.
