Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Board-certified FNP for an independent primary care practice in Central Jersey. You will provide continuity of care in a high-volume walk-in setting, collaborating closely with an experienced physician and visiting specialists.

The role offers a stable, long-term partnership with a flexible schedule and strong patient relationships, including bilingual patient support. Generous benefits and a salary of $120,000+ are included.

Qualifications

• FNP-certified and autonomous practice preferred.
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred due to patient population.
• Willing to grow with an established solo physician over the long term.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care in a busy walk-in primary care setting (15-25 patients daily).
• Work alongside an experienced, clinically strong physician and collaborate with visiting specialists.
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with flexibility for right candidate (alternative schedules, including four longer days).
