Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a long-established outpatient practice in New Jersey to hire a Nurse Practitioner to support clinical operations while the physician owner is temporarily out of practice due to a lymphoma diagnosis.

The NP will provide independent outpatient care and collaborate with staff to maintain patient continuity and access. The role follows a 9 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday schedule in a stable, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or APP
• Ability to practice autonomously in outpatient settings
• Spanish-speaking preferred to better serve the patient population
