Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, 2+ years in outpatient primary care with all ages; OR 1+ year with a 1-year fellowship or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via testing centers.
• Conduct tele-health visits and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Perform in-office procedures as trained and coordinate care with other clinicians.
