Job summary

One Medical in Seattle seeks a licensed NP or PA to join our primary care team. This full-time role involves in-person patient care (32 hours weekly) with the option for tele-health, supported by an onsite clinical preceptor.

You will manage diverse patient panels, participate in weekly didactics, and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care. Eligible for a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Licensure: active WA license or licensure application submitted by Dec 1, 2026; license obtained by Feb 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, with onsite preceptor mentorship.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly didactics, clinical rounds, and other continuing education modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams on patient care.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures when needed.
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
