Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) for a full-time, on-site role in Seattle, WA. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and testing center care, and conduct tele-health visits as needed.

The position requires completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification and WA licensure. You will engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both in-person and virtual teams to deliver high-quality primary care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year in outpatient primary care plus 1 year in urgent care or a primary care fellowship.
• State licensed in Washington, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting tele-health visits
• Ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
