One Medical is seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join our Seattle-based primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and well visits either in-office or via telehealth while participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles.

You will leverage your clinical training to perform in-office procedures and may pursue additional state licensure to expand virtual care across states. This role is full-time and located in Seattle (Capitol Hill).

Formación

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State license in Washington, obtained by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide in-office, testing center, and telehealth care as needed.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and daily huddles with teams.
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training for in-office procedures and care.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in more states.
