The role offers a base salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 plus incentives, with a value-based model that recognizes quality care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in primary care.
• Active Massachusetts NP/PA license.
• PANCE, AANP or ANCC certification required.
• Comfortable using new technology and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with primary care advances and best practices.
